This original, unrestored Allstate scooter comes from the collection of Dennis Carpenter. Cushman, who started making scooters in 1936, supplied scooters for Sears, who marketed all of their scooters as Allstate. This red Allstate is a Cushman production. There is new oil in the 3 HP engine and this scooter runs but does not have a title. Since it is only 3 HP, it is classified as a Moped and can be registered but not titled in NC.
